DaVinci Molding supplies lidstock in both die-cut and roll-stock formats. These can be optimized for seamless integration with automated production lines and robotic handling systems. We custom-engineer each die-line to ensure perfect compatibility with our heat-sealable thermoformed trays.
Our multilayer nylon lidstock delivers exceptional tear, puncture, and abrasion resistance—enhancing the reliability of the sterile barrier system. Engineered for superior seal integrity and clean, consistent peel performance, our Tyvek, Paper, Foil or Flexible film lids bond effectively with a wide range of substrates such as medical Grade PP or PETG.
